About
Moss Lane started as a group chat between a few friends who kept sending each other screenshots of weird little mobile games. At some point the messages got long enough that we figured we might as well write them down properly. That's the whole origin story — no pitch deck, no grand plan.,We play on our own phones, mostly on the train or in the evening, which is honestly how most people use these games. Everything you read here comes from someone who actually sat through the tutorial, hit the mid-game slump, and decided whether it was worth coming back to.,Picking what to cover is simple: we look for games made by small teams, ideally something with an idea you haven't seen done to death. Genre doesn't matter much to us — a clever racer gets the same attention as a slow puzzle game. If it holds our attention past the first hour, it earns a write-up.,Nobody here gets paid by developers, and we don't run sponsored reviews. When we like something we say so, and when a game wastes your time we say that too.
